All Boom Theory Electro Percussion Systems carry and unconditional 1 year warranty against any and all manufacturing defects and 5 years against electronic component failure.
 We will repair or replace (our option) any drum that fails to perform as designed, free of charge.

Removing or tampering with inserts (unless instructed otherwise) will void your warranty!

(If it doesn’t work, send it back "as is" so I can figure out what went wrong)
